<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>Using recorded documentation from Lycoming County Register and Recorders parcels that currently have an active conservation easement were identified. Certain key attributes pertaing to the grantor, recording book and page, and acreage were populated in a table joined to the tax parcel polygon layer as of February of 2020. The acreage of the conservation easement may not match that of an entire parcel. While the majority of conservation easements were handled through the Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy in Williamsport, PA, there are some that have been handled by USDA FSA program, and one from the Merril W. Linn Land & Waterways Conservancy out of Lewisburg, PA.</span></p><p><span>This layer is for a point in time and will periodically be updated as deemed necessary.</span></p></div></div></div> |
